Our Vision

Our vision is to be a welcoming Christian school, in service to children and families, compelled by God's grace and rooted in Jesus' purpose to 'let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of Heaven belongs to such as these.' (Matthew 19:14)

History of Riverbend Christian School

Since 1985, Riverbend Christian School has faithfully served families by providing a welcoming, grace-filled foundation for young children during some of their most important formative years. What began as a ministry dedicated to nurturing children in a loving Christian environment has grown into a trusted preschool community where generations of families have experienced compassionate care, meaningful learning, and lasting relationships.

For more than four decades, Riverbend Christian School has remained committed to helping children grow academically, socially, emotionally, physically, and spiritually through purposeful play, faith-based teaching, and whole-child development. Rooted in the belief that every child is uniquely created and deeply loved by God, RBCS continues to create joyful first school experiences that inspire confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning.

Today, Riverbend Christian School carries forward the same mission that has guided it since the beginning: to partner with families, lead with grace, and provide children with a strong foundation of faith, character, and learning that will serve them for years to come.
