Registration is underway, and all class ages/schedules still have space. However, we have started offering spots for new families joining in the fall. We are no longer requiring parents to fill out the schedule request. You can skip straight to the registration form below. Registration for currently enrolled families is first come, first serve with priority given to RBCS staff, volunteer chairmen and our Top Donors this school year (donation of $1,000+). All currently enrolled children are guaranteed placement as long as registration is completed by the registration deadline. However, we cannot guarantee that you will receive the schedule your child is currently attending or your desired schedule. By completing the schedule request as soon as possible and filling out the registration form by the deadline of January 30, you will have the best opportunity to reserve the schedule you prefer.

We will make every effort to place siblings into a schedule that coordinates with your other child(ren).

registration fees and tuition

  • A non-refundable registration fee of $300 per child is due in order to secure your child’s spot for the 2026-2027 school year. Your registration fee will be billed on your February invoice.

  • The May 2026 Deposit is due on June 5, 2026. The May Deposit is equal to one month’s tuition. RBCS requires a 30-day written notice of withdrawal, and this deposit will be applied to tuition to satisfy the 30-day period for any withdrawal after August 1, 2026. If you provide notice of withdrawal and your child’s last day of attendance falls after March 1, 2027, the deposit is not refundable and cannot be applied to the 30-day period. If your child completes the school year, the deposit will simply be applied to your child’s May 2027 tuition.

  • In addition to the registration fee, there is a non-refundable supply fee of $200 per child. This fee will be billed in August and is due by August 5, 2026. The addition of a supply fee helps us offset the continual increase of the cost of supplies and non-fundraising special events held during the school year.

  • Monthly tuition is due on the first of each month, September through April.

Information about class PLACEMENTS

  • During registration you will be able to secure your child’s schedule. Classroom and teacher assignments will not be announced until August when we are preparing for the start of the school year.

  • Please refer to the tuition chart for information about schedules offered for each age group. We reserve the right to cancel any class schedule if enough children do not sign up to make a proper class group.

  • We DO NOT take teacher requests because we cannot guarantee our staff placements until classes are assigned. However, if you have any concerns about your child’s placement, we encourage you to come speak to us.

  • We DO take friend requests. We cannot guarantee placement, but if the children fall into the same age group and they are in a similar schedule, we will try to accommodate. There is a place on the registration form for you to indicate your request. At times, the RBCS staff may request that certain children not be placed in the same class. Sometimes if children spend a great deal of time together outside of school or have strong personalities, it may be beneficial to place them in separate classes. If you have any concerns about your child being placed with another child, please come visit with us.

  • Children will be placed into classes based on their age as of September 1, 2026. In our Mother’s Day Out and 2-year classes, we try to keep the class within a 6-month range whenever possible, which may mean summer and fall birthdays in the same class. However, we make effort to place children in our 3-to-5-year-old classes together with peers who can start Kindergarten at the same time.

  • Children under the age of 18 months will nap during the school day to meet the needs of the children. Parents should plan accordingly. Only children under the age of 12 months will be given jarred baby food and baby bottles. Parents should work with toddlers to practice with finger foods and spill-proof cups.

  • Classes offered for Mother’s Day Out and 2 year olds are MWF or TTh. Children may also enroll in both MWF and TTh at the M-F tuition rate listed. If choosing both schedules, your child will be placed in the same classroom with the same teacher all 5 days.

  • Whenever possible, children in our 3 year old classes are arranged so that everyone in the classroom is attending the same schedule. Although some years we have offered a MWF schedule, we will only be able to open that option if there are enough children to create a class where all of the children are attending 3 days/week.

  • All 4 and 5 year old children signing up for Pre-K or Kinder Bridge will be registered M-F.

  • Children enrolled in Pre-K/4 years as well as Kinder Bridge are required to be potty trained. Children under the age of 4 years have restrooms in close proximity to their classroom to have easy access to work on mastering potty learning skills when appropriate, as well as diaper changing facilities available. To be considered fully potty trained, the child should be able to verbalize their need to use the facilities, wipe themselves and pull clothing up and down without help from an adult. Please practice these skills with your child so that they have success at school.

  • Our Kinder Bridge class has been specifically designed for children who are eligible for kindergarten but are being gifted with another year of preparation. Children who will not turn 5 until after September 1st may be considered ONLY if space allows and it is determined to be developmentally appropriate for the child through assessment. Because we want to reserve this class from those children who will benefit from an extra year of preparation before kinder, four year olds will be able to register for Kinder Bridge by invitation only after registration has been opened to new families.

  • RBCS prides itself on low ratios and class sizes. Traditionally, every classroom has a lead teacher and an aide. In the event of low class sizes, there may be a lead teacher in the class with floating aides.
